Please be informed that all products sold (promotional-priced items and non-promotional-priced items) are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Request for change of paddle colour or shape may be entertained at the sole discretion of the company provided the paddle is new, unused with plastic cover on grip intact and packaging unopened.

For apparels and shoes, change of size and colour is allowed for online purchase provided the goods with original tags that have not been used, in original new condition (shoes with unbroken box) and request for change is made within 7 days from date of receipt of the goods by the customer.

For all return of goods for exchange, customer shall bear all the shipping charges.
